The (HDML) Harbour Defence Motor Launch had a displacement hull of 72 feet (22mtrs) the loaded draft of 54tons. The hull had pronounced flare forward to throw the bow wave clear, and providing considerable lift to prevent all but the heaviest seas from coming aboard. This craft is sound original condition, and as such is a collectors item. Possibly the last original HDML in the Southern Hemisphere. There is 2 ton of spares included, spare motor and gearbox, may extras. |
